Polygon PoS deployment
Polygon PoS is an EVM-compatible network, so the creator deploys an ERC-20 contract through the connected wallet. Choose the template and supply rules in the form, confirm that Polygon is selected in the wallet, and keep enough POL available for the service fee and network gas.

Changing or renouncing ownership can remove access to contract functions and may be irreversible.
Contract deployment does not automatically create liquidity, lock LP positions, or guarantee a listing.
The deployer needs POL on Polygon PoS for gas. A balance visible on Ethereum or a different rollup cannot fund the Polygon transaction until it is moved to the correct network.
EVM addresses can look identical across networks. Publish “Polygon PoS” beside the complete contract and link PolygonScan so users do not accidentally inspect or trade a same-address asset elsewhere.
The initial supply goes to the configured wallet. Treasury allocation, community transfers, a Polygon DEX pool, bridging, and market discovery are independent steps with their own transaction risks.
