Return to the topCreating an ERC-20 token on Polygon
Polygon PoS is an EVM-compatible network that settles transactions with POL. Slingzero uses the familiar ERC-20 model while selecting Polygon-specific chain configuration, explorer links, and fees.
Keep enough POL in the connected wallet for network gas and review the separate Slingzero service fee before deployment. After signing, verify the complete contract address and transaction on PolygonScan.
Before you publish the address
- Confirm Polygon PoS is selected and the wallet holds POL on that network for fees.
- Share the full Polygon contract address because an identical address may also exist on another EVM chain.
- Review the selected supply cap, owner permissions, and tax settings before the deployment is signed.
- Check the deployment and source-verification status on PolygonScan before promoting the token.
What this Polygon launch includes
Slingzero deploys the selected ERC-20 template and records its Polygon PoS transaction. Liquidity, exchange discovery, bridging, holder distribution, and third-party listings remain separate actions; a successful contract deployment does not complete or endorse those market steps.
