1. Scope and Controller
This policy explains how the operator of Slingzero.com ("Slingzero," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit the website or use its wallet-connected token creation, management, activity, liquidity, and Token Page services. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. Information You Provide
We process information you choose to submit, including email or support correspondence; public wallet addresses; token names, symbols, descriptions, links, tokenomics, roadmaps, and team profiles; uploaded logos or banners; manually added token addresses; and transaction identifiers associated with supported Slingzero workflows. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, confidential data, or personal information that you do not have permission to publish.
3. Wallet and Blockchain Data
Connecting a wallet exposes its public address to the application and compatible wallet providers. We may retrieve public balances, token ownership, contracts, coin types, capabilities, authorities, transaction history, and related on-chain records from RPC providers, indexers, and explorers. Slingzero does not need or store your seed phrase or private key. Public blockchain data is controlled by independent networks and may be permanent even if you stop using Slingzero.
4. Device, Log, and Analytics Data
When analytics are enabled, Slingzero and providers such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics may process page views, interactions, referral URLs, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, error data, and similar technical information. Hosting, security, and API systems may also keep request logs needed to operate and protect the service.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The site may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for network preferences, wallet and interface state, security, performance, and analytics. You can clear site data or restrict cookies in your browser. Some wallet, preference, or analytics functions may then be unavailable or reset.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide wallet-linked tools, Token Pages, saved tokens, and activity records;
- prepare transactions and show network-specific token data;
- host, moderate, secure, and troubleshoot the service;
- respond to support, legal, privacy, and content-report requests;
- measure feature performance and improve usability; and
- prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Legal Bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a requested service or transaction; based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving Slingzero; based on consent where requested; or necessary to comply with law and protect legal rights. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.
8. Service Providers and Third Parties
Information may be processed by providers used for hosting and delivery, database storage, RPC and blockchain indexing, wallets, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, image generation, and IPFS pinning or gateways. Transactions also interact with independent blockchains, smart contracts, explorers, and decentralized exchanges. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
9. Public Content, Blockchains, and IPFS
Token Page content is intended for public display. Token metadata, wallet addresses, transaction records, and content pinned to IPFS or another decentralized storage network can be copied, cached, indexed, and retained by third parties. Removing a Slingzero record does not erase data from a blockchain, IPFS, explorers, search engines, wallets, or third-party archives. Review content carefully before publishing.
10. Retention
We retain off-chain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the feature, keep legitimate operational or security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention can vary by record type. Public blockchain and decentralized-storage records are outside our control and may remain indefinitely.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email us from an address we can use to respond and describe the relevant record or wallet address. We may need to verify the request. These rights do not let us alter or delete data controlled by a public blockchain, IPFS, or an independent third party. You can also disconnect your wallet and clear browser storage locally.
12. International Processing
Slingzero and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on an available legal transfer mechanism and safeguards appropriate to the provider and data involved.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed for the information and services we operate, but no online service is completely secure. Protect your wallet and device, verify transaction prompts, and report suspected issues using the process on our Security page.
14. Children
Slingzero is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and remove controllable records.
15. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. For a privacy request or question, email [email protected]. Use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
