Important: Slingzero is a self-directed, non-custodial software toolkit. Tokens and token pages are created and published by users. Slingzero does not endorse any token, team, sale, or project, and technical checks are not an audit, approval, or guarantee of safety or value.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Slingzero's websites, interfaces, token tools, dashboards, content, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services or approving a paid action, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization or project, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. What Slingzero Provides
Slingzero provides interfaces for supported blockchains that may help users create and manage tokens, mint or burn supply, manage authorities and capabilities, distribute tokens, view wallet activity, create or manage liquidity positions, and publish token pages. Features vary by blockchain and may use smart contracts, RPC providers, decentralized exchanges, explorers, wallets, storage services, or other third parties.
Slingzero is not your broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, investment adviser, issuer, promoter, or legal representative. Unless expressly stated for a specific feature, Slingzero does not hold user assets, execute discretionary trades, control a token project, guarantee listings or liquidity, or act on a user's behalf.
3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited, including by sanctions, trade restrictions, or local laws. You are responsible for determining whether creating, managing, promoting, distributing, selling, or providing liquidity for a token is lawful in every jurisdiction relevant to you and your project.
4. Wallets, Signatures, and Security
You connect and control your own compatible wallet. You are responsible for checking the network, destination, contract, coin type, permissions, amounts, fees, and transaction data before signing. A wallet signature may authorize an on-chain transaction or prove control for a Slingzero feature. Never share a seed phrase or private key. Slingzero cannot recover credentials, reverse unauthorized signatures, or restore assets sent to an incorrect address.
5. Blockchain Transactions and Finality
Public blockchains are operated by independent networks. Transactions can be irreversible and may fail, remain pending, be reordered, incur unexpected costs, or produce results affected by network congestion, validators, smart contracts, token standards, RPC data, or wallet software. Simulations, previews, labels, and estimated fees are informational and do not guarantee the final result. You are responsible for reviewing the wallet confirmation and independently verifying completed transactions on-chain.
6. Token Creators and Project Operators
The wallet or person using a creation or management tool remains responsible for the token, its code and configuration, supply, authorities, capabilities, taxes, exemptions, distribution, marketing, liquidity, community communications, and ongoing operation. You must test and review your chosen configuration before launch. Renouncing ownership, revoking an authority, freezing metadata, burning tokens, or transferring a capability may be permanent.
7. Token Pages and User-Published Content
Token pages are user-generated content. The publisher—not Slingzero—is responsible for project descriptions, claims, branding, images, links, tokenomics, roadmaps, team profiles, dates, and other submitted information. A wallet-control check or an on-chain status label only reflects the limited technical signal described at the time it was checked. It does not verify a publisher's identity, legal status, experience, promises, solvency, off-chain claims, or future conduct, and it is not a Slingzero endorsement, audit, certification, listing approval, or safety guarantee.
By publishing content, you confirm that it is accurate, fair, clear, not misleading, kept reasonably current, and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority. You retain ownership of your content and grant Slingzero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, cache, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Services. This license ends when the content is removed from Slingzero, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and content already recorded on a public blockchain, decentralized network, or third-party storage system.
8. Regulatory Responsibility
Depending on the token, activity, audience, and jurisdiction, the user or project may be treated as an issuer, offeror, promoter, person seeking admission to trading, financial-services provider, or other regulated party. Requirements may include authorization, registration, white papers or offering documents, risk warnings, fair and non-misleading marketing, consumer withdrawal rights, anti-money-laundering controls, sanctions screening, recordkeeping, and ongoing disclosures. Slingzero does not determine a token's legal classification or prepare those filings for you. Obtain qualified legal advice before offering, selling, marketing, or seeking admission to trading for a crypto-asset.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services to facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, wash trading, deceptive launches, hidden malicious behavior, guaranteed-return claims, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, unlawful securities or financial services, unauthorized asset-referenced or e-money tokens, or any other illegal activity. You may not upload malware, probe or bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, scrape in violation of technical restrictions, misrepresent Slingzero affiliation, or use another person's wallet or content without authority.
10. Liquidity and Trading Risks
Liquidity tools may prepare transactions for, or direct you to, independent decentralized exchanges and protocols. Creating or managing a pool can expose you to impermanent loss, price volatility, slippage, front-running or MEV, arbitrage, low liquidity, malicious tokens, smart-contract failures, and complete loss of supplied assets. Slingzero does not set market prices, guarantee volume or returns, or control third-party pools. Review each protocol's interface, contracts, and terms before signing.
11. Fees, Gas, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Applicable Slingzero service fees are shown before wallet approval. Blockchain gas, rent, priority fees, storage costs, exchange fees, and third-party charges are separate and can change independently. Once an on-chain transaction is broadcast or a digital service has been fully performed at your request, associated fees are generally not refundable because the action cannot be reversed, except where applicable law requires a refund or Slingzero fails to provide the purchased service. Network and third-party fees are not controlled by Slingzero.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may have the right to withdraw within the legally prescribed period. If you expressly request immediate performance, that right may be reduced or lost once the service is fully performed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Crypto-Asset Risk and No Advice
Crypto-assets are high risk. A token may lose some or all of its value, may not be transferable or liquid, and may not deliver a promised utility. Tokens generally are not protected by deposit-guarantee or investor- compensation schemes. Information displayed by Slingzero is general technical information, not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You must conduct your own research and obtain professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
13. Third-Party Services and Content
Wallets, blockchains, RPC endpoints, explorers, decentralized exchanges, storage networks, AI providers, social links, and other third-party services are independent from Slingzero. Their availability, accuracy, security, fees, and terms are outside our control. A link or integration does not mean endorsement. Your use of a third party is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
14. Images, AI Output, and Intellectual Property
You must have the right to use every name, logo, image, banner, likeness, description, and link you submit, including AI-generated material. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to third-party content; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. Slingzero and its original software, branding, design, and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Slingzero's marks or code.
15. Content Moderation and Reports
We may restrict, unpublish, or remove content, disable links, or limit access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates security or legal risk, or is unlawful. Removing a Slingzero page does not remove data already stored on-chain, on IPFS or another decentralized network, or by third parties. Where required, we may notify the publisher and explain a moderation decision.
To report a token page or other content, email [email protected] with the page URL or contract address, the reason for the report, relevant evidence, and your contact details. Reports must be submitted in good faith.
16. Public Data and Privacy
Wallet addresses, token data, transaction history, contract events, capability ownership, and other blockchain records are public and may be permanent. Do not publish personal or confidential information in token metadata or token pages. Slingzero's handling of off-chain personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Taxes
You are solely responsible for identifying, reporting, withholding, and paying taxes, duties, and other governmental charges arising from your tokens, transactions, fees, distributions, sales, or liquidity activity. Slingzero does not calculate or file taxes for you.
18. Availability, Changes, and Suspension
We may maintain, change, discontinue, or restrict a feature for valid operational, security, legal, network, or third-party reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. We may suspend access to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You remain able to interact directly with public blockchains using other compatible software, subject to the relevant contracts and networks.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Slingzero does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free code, complete or current blockchain data, compatibility with every token or wallet, successful transactions, token value, liquidity, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slingzero and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, data, tokens, keys, or liquidity; or losses caused by blockchain activity, user configuration, third-party services, market movement, malicious contracts, or unauthorized wallet use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.
21. Responsibility for Claims
To the extent permitted by law, users acting for a business, professional project, or token organization are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from their unlawful use of the Services, token, published content, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. This section does not impose liability on consumers beyond what applicable law permits.
22. Termination and Survival
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for a material breach, security threat, legal requirement, or discontinued service. Terms concerning user responsibility, intellectual property, public or immutable data, fees already incurred, warranty disclaimers, liability, disputes, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or service changes. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes will be highlighted on the website where reasonably practicable. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Services.
24. Disputes and General Terms
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to competent courts available under the law of their residence. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the Services unless additional feature-specific terms are presented to you.
