4. Wallets & Security
You connect your own compatible wallet to interact with blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and devices. Slingzero cannot recover lost or stolen seed phrases and is not liable for unauthorized access to your wallet.
5. Fees & Payments
Platform fees, when applicable, are displayed before you approve a transaction. Network transaction costs (e.g., gas or rent) are determined by the respective blockchain and are your responsibility.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Slingzero to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities; to violate intellectual property rights; or to interfere with platform security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Slingzero integrates with third-party APIs, RPC providers, and wallets. We do not control or endorse these services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Slingzero is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slingzero and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the platform.
