Minting is the process of creating new tokens and adding them to the total supply. This action is only possible if the Mint Authority for the token has not been revoked.

Only the wallet that currently holds the Mint Authority for the token can authorize a mint transaction.

The newly minted tokens will be sent to the Associated Token Account (ATA) of the mint authority's wallet (the one you are using right now).

No. If the mint authority is revoked, no one can ever create new tokens, and the supply is permanently fixed.
